Desde su inauguración el 1 de noviembre de 2016, nuestra agencia tiene la calidad y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes como el objetivo más alto. El equipo Ermitaño ha puesto todo esfuerzo en ofrecer la mejor calidad de servicio de la zona, sea en el ascenso al Volcán Villarrica o en todas las otras actividades de turismo aventura. Somos un equipo jóven, amantes de la naturaleza y actividades outdoor, ambos guías de montaña certificados. Después de muchos años guiando clientes en la montaña, trabajando en varias agencias de turismo de Pucón, hemos decidido independizarnos para poder entregar un mejor servicio con nuestra propia visión de montañistas.

La agencia está ubicada en el centro de Pucón, calle Brasil #555, a pasos de los terminales de buses, de la municipalidad de Pucón, de los supermercados y de varios tipos de alojamiento (cabañas, hostales…). Contamos con WiFi gratis para los clientes,  baños, y un espacio dedicado a la prueba de equipo para las diferentes actividades que ofrecemos.
