Sinds de oprichting in november 2016 is de belangrijkste doelstelling van ons bureau de tevredenheid van zijn klanten en de kwaliteit van zijn diensten. Het Ermitaño-team biedt u de beste avonturen die beschikbaar zijn in de regio, of het nu gaat om het beklimmen van de Villarrica-vulkaan of alle andere avontuurlijke toeristische activiteiten. . Wij zijn een jong team, natuurliefhebbers, gecertificeerde berggidsen en geregistreerd bij de Nationale Toerisme Service (Sernatur). Na vele jaren toeristen in de bergen te hebben begeleid en bij verschillende toeristenbureaus in Pucón te hebben gewerkt, hebben we dit bureau opgericht om een betere service te kunnen bieden met onze eigen visie op bergbeklimmers en hiking.

Het bureau is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Pucón, calle Brasil #555, een paar stappen van bushaltes, het stadscentrum, supermarkten en accommodatie (chalets, hostels, enz.). We hebben gratis wifi voor klanten, badkamers en een ruimte speciaal voor het testen van apparatuur voor de verschillende activiteiten die we aanbieden.

Mi pareja en la primera parada se dió cuenta que los zapatos con el rose le hicieron salir ampollas, y la guía Marike fue totalmente profesional cómo reaccionó a la situación ayudando en todo momento y dándole seguimiento todo el trayecto. Por ejemplo cada vez que teníamos que agregar un implemento debido a la condición de la nieve, explicaban detalladamente cómo debíamos ocuparlo. Todos los guías ( Cristian, Diego, y Marike) siempre nos alentaron a continuar y nos felicitaban por nuestros esfuerzo.
